International Supply Chain & Product Development
Overview
Developing a successful consumer product requires a reliable supply chain, strong manufacturing partnerships, and effective management of production, logistics, and quality across markets.
I bring over a decade of experience working with international manufacturers, primarily across China and Europe, developing private-label and custom products for global e-commerce brands.
My work spans the full product lifecycle — from supplier sourcing and material selection to production, logistics, and international fulfillment.
Product Development Experience
My product development experience began with launching private-label products for the US Amazon market, working directly with manufacturers across categories such as beauty, wellness, and consumer goods.
Over time, I expanded into developing customized products requiring tooling, molds, and detailed production specifications, working closely with suppliers to move from concept to final product.
I led supplier sourcing, sampling, and production coordination, ensuring products met quality, cost, and timeline requirements while remaining scalable for growth.
International Supplier Network
A significant part of my experience comes from working directly with manufacturers in China and other international production hubs.
This includes supplier sourcing (primarily through Alibaba), negotiating production terms and MOQs, coordinating sampling and product development, and managing production timelines and revisions.
Over time, I have built a reliable network of manufacturing partners across multiple product categories.
Global Logistics & Fulfillment
Building the product is only one part of the process — the supply chain must support efficient global distribution.
I have managed international logistics across air, sea, and rail, including customs, freight coordination, and multi-region fulfillment infrastructure.
This includes operating distribution networks across the US, UK, EU, Hong Kong, and mainland China, supporting both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
Warehousing & Fulfillment Infrastructure
To support global e-commerce operations, I have worked with multiple 3PL providers and warehouse systems across regions.
This included selecting and onboarding partners, integrating fulfillment with e-commerce platforms, and managing international inventory and distribution.
This ensures product and commercial decisions remain aligned with operational realities.
What This Capability Enables
This capability enables founders and companies to translate product ideas into manufacturable solutions, build reliable supplier networks, and optimize cost, quality, and scalability.
The result is a supply chain that supports both product innovation and sustainable commercial growth.
